2009 Trends.

This is Fia, reporting the 2009 fashion trends!
Bows are a big hit! Whether on dresses, bags, blouses ... anything for that matter!
Combination of two patterns are just WOW-factor. For example, cheetah prints and plaid - Oh so glamorous!
You can never go wrong with HEELS! They are timeless, classic, and definitely hotstuff. Tip : To prevent sore foot, wear heels that are not more than 2cm).

YES, that's right - cozy coats! Color coordination plays a big part in trench coats. For instance, combination of bright colours as shown above. Buckles are great too, if you know how to choose the right one! For this, I recommend, pink belts! It suits with the chilly winter climate, but what about Malaysia? It still looks fashionable, just don't buy wool ones, you'll get sweaty, okay?


Now, we're talking MAKEUP!


The focus is the lips. This may be suitable for adults who likes deep, red lips. Although I'm truly sorry that the lips aren't that red. Anyway, your eyes gotta shine too, right? WRONG! Simply apply white eyeshadow and maybe a tinsy-bit of mascara, and you're set! The blush is optional, but some people just ignore it.

Onto the next popular trend ...



This look just screams out "I'M A TEEN!". Don't you think so? This time, as for youngsters, they prefer the smokey-eyes. It's the season now! Lots of mascara, and lots of black, grey and white eyeshadow. You know, besides this, teens often follow the two-layered eye shadow trend. For example, white and black. On one eyelid, one side black and one side white. It contrasts. As for the lips, barely noticable is best, as the main focus would be the eyes. A soft shades of pink or peach works too.
